Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Unused products in original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Firearms (All series including 1301, 686, 687, 692, A300, A400, APX, ARX, ASE90)
- Used or installed accessories
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago
Note: Firearms are subject to strict regulatory compliance and cannot be returned once the transfer process is complete.
Return Timeframe
You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returns must be initiated within this period.

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return Authorization Number
- Shipping instructions and address
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the returned item (2-3 business days)
- Process your refund or exchange
- Send confirmation email
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days
What’s Refunded
- Full product price
- Original shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
What’s Not Refunded
- Return shipping costs (unless due to our error)
- Original shipping costs on changed-mind returns
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the item you wish to exchange for in your request
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for return shipping at our expense
- Receive immediate replacement or full refund
